This program offers 20-minute workouts, five times a week, and you'll be able see results in just six. As a former participant in the test group for this program, I can attest to the effectiveness of the workouts. However, before we begin, I recommend that you join me for four-week prep program in June to help you prepare for the heat intensity of BODi LAVA. Great news! This June, you can kickstart your fitness journey with our four-week at-home fitness and nutrition program. daily 20-30 minute workouts include yoga, pilates, and barre. You'll receive a BODi LAVA Sample workout on June 6th, and the full BODi LAVA workouts will be available on June 27th. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your health and wellness!
